******ies at Mr Price Galleria

On Saturday, 27th of April 2019, my bag with all of its contents was ****** from my baby's pram in Mr Price Galleria, Amanzimtoti. As soon as I noticed it was missing, I immediately told the security at Mr Price. With no care at all, she told me to tell the manager. Mr Musa Ngubelanga, The risk manager at Mr Price said he will have a look at the cameras himself as I wasn't allowed to. After about an hour he said that he could not see anything as the camera was not clear. He said that the cameras were installed for shoplifting. So is the safety of your customers inside your store not important???

I have researched the ******ies at MRP in Galleria, to my surprise there are so many similar incidents. One of them on the News 24 website with VERY CLEAR video footage. How is it that nothing is being done by the area manager?

I hope that MRP will take the matter very seriously as most of us don't feel safe in your store anymore.
