Ripping customers off!

After getting a call saying that they are sending me a sim card , which i didn't want, I was told I will not be charged if it is not activated. Called to tell them i will not be receiving the parcel and I wish to cancel it, I am being charged with a cancellation fee for a product I didn't want in the FIRST place!!! I have only been a loyal client and this is what happens.... I am disgusted.
