Ring-a-ring-a-rosie!

Please can someone please tell me when a clothing retailer requires customers to send a bank statement / reference letter to get their refund which they are entitled to? I have been going up and down with Lavern and now Dalene since the 3rd of July for a measly refund! I had to wait 7 working days for the item to get back to the warehouse, I submitted my banking details 3/4 times for a refund, but Lavern had the nerve to ask for them again yesterday and now today I was asked for a letter from my bank to confirm my details! So clearly you haven't issued my refund so you are *****! It's like they themselves don't even what the process is because they come back to me each time with one stupid question / statement at a time, instead of time the whole joke in one email! Furthermore, to be told that I must another 7-14 working days for the refund to reflect! What nonsense is this? Is anyone else having these issue or they clearly Lavern and Dalene are doing this for giggles?! This is e-commerce, refunds happen all the time! I shop online all the time and not once have I had to play stupid games with *********** staff and backward systems to get my refund! The supplier will pick up the item and refund me in 3-5 days, no issues, fights or hassles! I am appalled and how lousy all of you at the e-commerce station of Mr Price are! It's honestly pathetic and unncessary!
