Ridiculous service from Mrp online shopping

I made an online purchase on the 14th of Dec 2024 , till today all I get when I enquire is that they will check with courier or store. My only worry is I bought Christmas clothes they did not arrive, now I'm waiting for school shoes Imagine I'm tired of waiting with ridiculous excuses They should just refund us now refunds T&C says they deduct courier fee like how when there was not even a single attempt to deliver
