Ridiculous Service at Mall Africa

I lay Byed clothes last month for my child and yesterday I went to collect them. However when I got there I firstly waited for about 45 minutes without anyone saying anything to me. When I went to ask what was happening I was told that my clothes couldn't be found. Who's fault is that, why should I be inconvenienced by someone's laziness?

I then paid my outstanding balance and told then to have them delivered, which they promised to call me and update me. I only received a call at 18:00!!!!!!!!! telling me they still can't find my clothes. It's my child's birthday tomorrow and he has to wear those clothes, now tell me, what am I supposed to do, wait like a fool???
