Ridiculous Online Service

I ordered online on the 31st of August,yet I am still to receive my order.There is no communication as to what the hold up is.I have tried calling their call centre but to no avail as the response I got is that my order is still with the couriers from the 4th of September.We are now on the 11th and still no order.What is the use of having online ordering service if it is not efficient.Rather cancel my order at this point and give back my money,I will go to a store that values customer service.
