Ridiculous customer service

I am a regular customer to your MR Price Home Northgate. As of today I have finally decided to never return to this branch and to advice other parents shopping with kids to do the same. This is supposed to be a HOME store which sells items from small to extra large. How on earth to you expect a customer let alone one with kids, to do this shopping when your store only provides baskets and trolley baskets. Do you think its a joke to watch a parent try and pack these baskets with all items and carry a child or children at the same time??? No to mention that the till area is also a nightmare as one can barely pass through to the next teller or allow other customers to pass them. MY ADVICE IS rather all customers go to a bigger well equipped store when making large purchase.
