RIDICULOUS COURIER SERVICE

I placed an online order with Mr Price Home for over R3000 on 13 September 2013. <br> <br> When I called the call center to find out where my delivery was, a week later, they informed me that the order was already handed over to the courier company - City Couriers on 15th. City Couriers confirmed that my order would be here by Monday 21 September. <br> <br> When I spoke to the courier company on 21 September, they informed me that my delivery had NOT been booked at all by them. They then blamed the fact that I couldn't remember who I spoke to at the courier company for the fact that my delivery had not been booked with their drivers. Why arrange with me for someone to be home for the delivery, only to tell me my delivery wasn't even booked for their drivers to deliver?<br> <br> After complaining with Mr Price Home call center - the courier made it seem like I didn't want delivery, when I simply made it clear that they couldn't deliver in the evening when no one is home, especially when they made it clear that they would deliver Monday morning/early afternoon.<br> <br> Pathetic service.
