Ridiculous - closed account handed over

I closed my Mr Price account over a year ago but yet they have now handed me over for R2.00. Really R2.00 - I am pretty sure your legal cost will be more than that and I dont owe you that money as I paid my last installment in January 2017 and asked you to close the account. The last time you did this I had an outstanding 3 cents on my account that I was handed over for - how ridiculous can you get. I need this sorted out and removed from my credit report immediately - I know this takes 7 to 14 working days to update - So I expect it to be updated when I pull my next report.
