ridiculous attitude and Bad service from Staff

I made an online purchase 18/11/2018 for store delivery at Mr. Price Park central. the order reached the outlet on the 28/11/2018 and went for collection on the 30/11/2019 .when I arrived at the store I enquired where do I collect for online orders to one of the staff I saw there she rep**** “I’m sure you can read go to click and collect “I then went there and stood for a long 20 minutes and by that till there were two ladies just talking and doing their own thing and not assisting me whatsoever. I then asked for their attention and stated I’m here to collect my online order then the one lady (Nonkululeko) rep**** “can’t you see we busy? We counting money what should we do about your order “they took another 15 minutes not assisting me then finally the other lady called me to come forward. I then did and gave all my details for my online order. I then requested to speak to the manager (Theo) to complain about the rude service I have just experienced from the staff there and he was fast to come and I explained my grievance and asked for the two ladies names and to my surprise the 1 lady didn’t have her name tag on and gave some silly excuse she forgot it in her locker. I’m so appalled by this type of behavior and bad service I received as I’m a frequent MR Price shopper and only expect exceptional service. The staff from MR Price Park Central need serious customer service training. They all have this bad stinking attitude and I won’t be going to buy at the store anytime soon and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
