RICHARDS BAY MRP WAKE UP STAFF ARE ***********

Real bunch of extremely *********** people in MRP RICHARDS BAY. Mum goes into store after having purchased two identical track pants R179.99 each, total transaction was R379.98. She goes in to exchange 1 item. The entire of the first slip was CANCELLED, with a strike through when actually only 1 item was returned. They refused to give her the slip asking her to take a picture!!!! Then concluded a transaction where the same price item was taken. Now this is where it gets silly as R29.99 was credited to the Credit Card, ( refunded back). And then they said it was an error and then proceeded to give my mum R30 cash. Then refused to give her original slip and like I mentioned THEY said take a picture when my mum went back asking for it. So what was the R30 for ? Do we know? Is this related to the R179.99 refund?

FINALLY, IS THIS YOUR POLICY TO CANCEL ENTIRE SLIPS WHEN ONLY ONE ITEM WAS RETURNED. PLEASE CALL ME BACK BECAUSE LOOKS LIKE YOUR STAFF IS RUNNING SOME TYPE OF ****. SHOULD WE WISH TO RETURN THE SECOND ITEM CAN WE USE THE PHOTO??? WHY WAS PART CASH GIVEN AND A REFUND TO CARD?
