Revolting service delivery

<p>I placed a order online on the 6th and paid via EFT.It's understandable that they would wait for the money to reflect in their account before dispatching the orders.The parcel was handed over to the courier for delivery on the 09th.Then handed over to a 3rd party for delivery on the 11th.On the 11th,12th and 14th the address was incorrect,even though Mr price has delivered Door to Door to my address on numerous times.I followed up on Wednesday the 11th,I was told that I could expect delivery that same day at 17:00.I followed up again on Thursday & Friday ,no positive feedback.I followed up again on Sa****ay,spoke to a gentlmen by the name of Justin who confirmed via email my address with a guy named Tashwell from ON THE DOT COURIERS ,that my address is correct.Surely a verification of my contact numbr should have been done as well.Upon following up today I was told that they need my contact number.Now if they received confirmation of my address on Sa****ay,surely I'd expect delivery today,still nothing.Poor service delivery from both parties.I am completely dissappointed by how the matter was dealt with,being sent from pillar to post.</p>
