Reversal Failure
I made a purchase that went through on my account but said to have been invalid on their end. I received a reversal confirmation slip that was said to clear as soon as I left the store. It has been 48 hours without clearance.

11 Jul 2025, 16:49Presented the bank statement required and recieved a call minutes later that a stamp is required. None of this was communicated with myself from the onset. I have been doing the run arounds for 3 days straight now.
