Returns mobile

I bought a phone by Mr price still in the new condition and not happy as it is not water resistant, it's less than a week old but when I called their customer service for an exchange they said I can't exchange it only when it's damaged I can, There's a policy which states customer remorse and Mr price doesn't exercise that I'm disappointed
