Return taking process

Good day I am having a problem chatting on whatsapp with Mr Price they take their time and also not helping, I bought 2 items at Mall of Tembisa via bank card on 22/12/22 . They have sent the slip to my email and I can not login it to retrieve the slip. I want to return the Items since the person I bought for did not like them.
