return policy not honoured

I bought clothing item at Mr price clothing at Somerset Mall. Took it back for refund at Mr price Clothing at mitchells plain . They refused to refund me and told me to take it back to another Mr price sport. Nowhere on the return policy do they specify that I should return it to a Mr price Sport. I entered into an agreement with mr Price as a group as a legal entity and not a specific branch. The return policy is printed on the mr price home slip even though I bought at Mr price sport..... Customers should be informed of your restrictions on returns BEFORE purchases and not be informed of your logistics as to why you cannot refund the item after the agreement was entered into.
