Return Policy Is A Total Lie

<p>On the 29/07/2017 purchases were made on my credit card to just over R700.00. On that very same day I tried to return all items and was told that unfortunately they could not refund me and due to the amount I will have to take a gift voucher. Are you serious??? This is a total breach and Mr Price should then state in black and white that you do not get a refund but a voucher instead??!!!! I am appalled and feel like taking this to the media and the ombudsman! My card was ****** and canceled and a voucher is not going to pay for the damage done but actual money! I honestly would just like Mr Price to refund me and not with a voucher but with the money! I have had to take the items back as I refused the voucher and leave a complete loser in all of this. I do hope management will be contacting me before I take this further.</p>
