Return item - and didnt keep my stock

i had purchased an item, went to return it all at cradlestone mall mr price. vusi advised me he could change 1 of the 2 items. he did the exchange. told me he would call carlswold mr price and he did so he said. he then told me take the item there on saturday and speak to siyao before leaving home i called carwold spoke a rather illiterate woman who if you ask me couldnt even be a proper domestic work ane made me hold for the manager for 40 minutes. my call was dic=sconnected. i tried calling back 8 times afterwards with no luck. the line remained engaged. i then called derrik smith at cradlestone dvised him of what had occurred he advised he would chat to vusi who was out and call me back. 3 hours later i call cradlestone and guess what derrdidnt speak to vusi and neither did he return myy call. the assistant manager kugo is who i soke to and he aswell had no luck getting hold of derrik. derrik is redundant save yourselves the salary and get rid of him. ni now have an item thats too small and im wondering what on earth t do with it. ratehr distasteful and appauling experience. will not be shopping at mr price ever again.
