RETURN CONPLAINT

Can please tell me what is your policy about return items.

I bought my friend a dress that was over R200 something. But she want to exchange it because the dress is too small. The tagg is still on but I lost the slip.

She went to Mr price Parow Centre Cape town today just to exchange for a bigger size with the slip and they told her she cant exchange it although the tags are still on and the dress was never worn.

What is the use of buying gifts at your store if you can't exchange without a slip?
