Retrenchment
<p>I have been retrenced since Feb 2016. I have retrenchment cover but no one seems to be able to help me. They all ask me to send them the documents en then nothing!! I keep on getting statements and the amount is getting bigger and bigger. I urgently need assistance!</p>

As per the above on 20.01.2017 I still have not heard from your office. This is now 1 year later and nothing... I was contacted a thousand times and referred to other departments countless times. GETTING STATEMENTS BUT NOTHING ELSE.
