Requested a sim swap...

Requested a sim swap from 3 January 2026 they billing me but the Sim does not get delivered and the courier names shidila lodge called that's not a couriers name now they send the Sim back and I have to wait another 10 days and they gonna bill me again for data i did not use totally unacceptable after 3 requests
