Request for service is futile...

<p>I have been asking Mr.Price for assistance now for approximately 2 weeks. I posted an online enquiry about an item.</p> <p>I have been dealing with a consultant, Samukelisiwe Mchunu.</p> <p>After 11 emails, Samukelisiwe Mchunu; has still not given me any information regarding the item.</p> <p>Instead, Samukelisiwe Mchunu keeps sending me useless emails, with no information on my original request or the item I enquired about.</p> <p>If Samukelisiwe Mchunu can give me a useful answer & actually attend to my request, I may have the product before mid-January 2017.... That is according to the timeline given by Samukelisiwe Mchunu. If my request was attended to by Samukelisiwe Mchunu from the first time we communicated I may have had the product now.</p> <p>I do not want any more excuses, apologies or useless emails, I simply want an answer regarding the product I originally enquired about.</p> <p> </p>
