Someone purchased with my mom’s Mr Price account at wondeboom. She got an sms saying her account purchased for R2000 at Mr price in wonderboom but she was never there and her card was with her all the time. We reported the issue to Mr price and they said we should email them an affidavit, id copy and card copy which we did twice. We keep on calling and asking what is going on because she keeps on getting messages of being blacklisted. They keep on saying there is an investigation going on but they don’t see any results regarding the investigation. We have been going in circles for the past 2 to 3 months. My mom hasn’t used her Mr Price account for years than all the sudden it’s been used at Mr Price wonderboom. Please assist us with this ***** issue regarding Mr Price.
