Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Mr Price. My account was hacked and used for *****ulent transactions that I did NOT make. I have since submitted the required affidavit, yet the matter is still dragging on with no urgency from Mr Price. Instead of protecting the victim, I’ve been forced to do endless follow-ups, make calls, and run around for something that was never my fault. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and wasted time. The lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable for a company handling credit accounts. I demand that this matter be resolved immediately and my name cleared without further delay.
