Replace the store manager

Mr price Vryheid has no branch manager, why do you put leaders that can't face customers, that run when they are called to answer to customes, what kind of leader do you have? Today the store closed at 16h42 which is way before 17h00, when I asked the security guard to call the manager to explain why is the store closed before time, he kept on telling me excuses that the manager is not at work, that the manager is out, that the manager is busy. I called customer care at 16h50, they didn't help me because that couldn't get hold of the store, why are the phones not working? Mr price is such a big brand but yet is lead by people like this. If the shoe doesn't fit, why wear it? It's clear he is not fit to be a store Manager
