Remove my ID from safpd urgent

Mr price listed me with this safps.org.za because of a *****ulent miladys account opened on my name ..I have been going back and forth with no solution I cannot even open a Savings account at the bank because of this.been calling this ***** database people and I keep getting the same story we did not receive anything from Mr price, one minute issue is escalated..I need to move on with my life , please sort out this mess you created on my id, this bongeka potolwane does not even bother to respond to my emails...I need this sorted
