Regrets ever buying a phone at Mr Price

I've complained to Mr price about a phone I bought more than 2 weeks ago and still there is NO reply what so ever Im still stuck with this phone that is NOT working this is very frustrating. I purchased a phone at Mr price Mossel bay mall, the phone is freezing and apps DON'T wanna open I then returned it just the following day, they told me that they DON'T do refunds or exchanges for different models, they do NOT want to refund me my money back or a different model phone, even the manager couldn't help me, it is so frustrating that I spent my money to buy a phone that never worked, Mr price is pathetic.
