refusing to return a damaged pair of sandals
I purchased a pair of sandals on 13/07/2015 and the strap cut .I took it to the Chatsworth store today and the lady nataline is insisting that it is passed the 120 days for me to return the item and a lady Jolene was standing at the front of the store agreed with her
I am trying to explain the yesterday 13/10/2015 was only 3 months which is 90 days if u do the math but it seems like Mr price employs staff that are so illiterate they cannot even do simple maths
the staff then realised what I am saying is true and said they would assist me after making me look like such an idiot in front of other customers I still have the item as I was so upset to even allow them to help me
