Refusing to refund for lack of delivery!

I placed and order online, of which no items were listed as out of stock. Delivery was then completed with items MISSING, no feedback from Mr Price as to why the selected items were NOT delivered. I then waited 3 days and still no feedback or communication from Mr Price. I then contacted them myself, where I was told that the item was out of stock, no mention of the money that I paid for the item. I then had to request a refund for the item to be told, that they cannot refund the item and will take 14 days to release a voucher. I advised that I would NOT accept a voucher as I was no longer going to purchase items from them. I was advised that my issue would be escalated the same day and that someone in management would be in contact! A day later and alas no management has bothered to be in contact. a custmer service agent emailed requesting a copy of my banking details on a statement, when sent through I was advised that they cannot open the document again making it my issue and theirs, yet they are happily holding onto my money with no remorse! Disgusting service!
