Refusing to refund

I ordered on Mr Price on line for a parcel to be sent to their Maseru shop, 0n the 18th of July 2017. There was no further communication until I was told 3 weeks later that when I contact their Maseru that the parcel arrived unlabelled therefore they could not inform me and that they have send the parcel back as they were not prepared to pay the custom duties. Needless to say was told the parcel has been send to the Maseru post office, the post office told the parcel has already been processed for return to the sender and I had to wait a month. On the 23rd of August the parcel was send back to Durban where it has been sitting to date. Mr Price through Samukelisiwe Mchunu on the 15th of September 2017 is telling me that I have to arrange for the parcel to go back to them after it has been in Durban post office from the 23rd of August, No.1 I do not stay in Durban is it s humanly impossible to organize this as do not have the post office number , I do not have their address as this was an on line order. I feel lost and cheated of my hard earned money, over a mistake that was never but theirs. All I want is my refund.
