Refusing to exchange a gift
I got a gift for mothers day but don't have a slip but the tag is still on the dress Mr Price refuses to exchange it for another item unless I have the slip. The person I got the gift from has not kept the slip I explained that to Mr Price but they still refuse to exchange it for a more expensive item which I wanted.

No one has come back to me and I need to know what we can do about the gift which is way too big for me and all I want to do is exchange my Mother’s Day gift. Truworths at least helps a person if they can say at which till they bought it and if it has the tag on, but Mr Price is not willing to help.
