Refusing to close account!!!!

I paid my account in full with you guys and I sent an email to close my account then suddenly there was amount outstanding which I paid and sent the proof of payment through to the pop email. Again the account was not close after I yet sent another email asking for the closure of the account. Now there is another amount outstanding again cause you people did not do their job. I always paid my account never skip now that I want to close the damn thing there is the one excuse after another Every email i sent I receive an email saying the ticker number was resolved when it never is. I am so sick of having the same thing frim you guys over and over. I just want the account to be close and finish with. Feels to me you guys are steeling from me and just refuse to close the damn account.
