refusing to close account, adding more debt

<p>good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>i have paid up my account on the 7th of june, and reqeusted it to be closed. the did not.</p> <p>on the 7the i received a statement that i still owe R83, even thought the agent said the outstanding balance and i paid excactly that.</p> <p>the 18th i reqeusted cancel all my services and close my account. i only got a sms that my insurances are cancelled. not that my account is closed. on the 31th i then owed R109. i did not buy anything... then the 07th if august i received a statement again saying i owe R117. Then today i received another statement saying i owe R 126</p> <p> </p> <p>i paid up my account, reqeusted it to close, and its not, still accumulating service fees. after i paid everything. all of this is just service fees</p>
