Refused to give me my refund was forced to take a voucher.

I we to Mr price @Nigel yesterday 14/12/2022to take out my Laybye, only to find out that some of the clothes were to big. I did an exchange then there was some refund of R310, the manager and the cashier refused to give me. They said they don't give change on Laybye exchange so the y will give me a gift voucher which I refused to take. Then they told me that I won't get my money because Mr Price policy doesn't allow refunds. On laybye exchange. So I nded up asking other customers to use that R310 because I didn't want the voucher.
