Refused to enter fitting room

My friend and I went to buy a dress and a jumpsuit at Mr Price Tygervalley on the news years eve.It happened that were still looking in the shop at 5 o'clock when they closing the doors.We then finish and went to the fitting room,they refused to let us enter as they said it's 5 already they closed the fitting rooms and only tillpoints are opened.So we asked what must we do now as we want to fit these clothes that we planned to wear tonight.They said we can buy without fitting and return them tomorrow if they do not fit.I asked Obenita if she expects me to buy the 3 different sizes I brought to the fitting room so that I fit them at home,she said you only have that choice "ma'am" but I won't let you in the fitting room as it's closed.They were speaking Afrikaans which we dnt understand and were laughing on the side so we weren't sure what was the joke about..I dnt understand why must you be let in the shop but refused access to go to the fitting room,why they let us shop if the time has passed and not chase us away only to be refused access..I was so shocked and embarrassed as I was with my friend who is visiting from the Eastern Cape and on top of that she was shocked at such service as she also works for retail and she is not fami**** with such service.Mr Price Tygervalley staff,in particular Obenita are very unprofessional and ********,they basically undermined us..We are very disappointed by this incident,I will write about this experience on all my social media pages,what a bad way to end 2017..
