Refused Purchase

Went to buy my daughter clothes with voucher at Mr Price Highveld mall that my husband send , which he bought from Mr Price vaal mall and I was told I must go back to vaal mall and request the card itself.....and the lady (supervisor) was so arrogant when I tried to explain that the voucher was bought at vaal and am in witbank...the cashier tied to explain and she gave me arrogant explanation that I must go back reverse the transaction then come back to them and buy. I mean cars number was there and the receipt she disnt even check what was missing all she did was refuse my purchase.. Am so disappointed in this kind of services and I will be spreading this to my friends and family that Mr Price is not a user friendly shop they can go to, as they have arrogant employees.
