Refuse to exchange

Hi,

I bought from a Clearout store by Jeff Masemola Street on Friday the 06/01/17. There was a promotion of buy one get one free I bought 2 shirts of the same price, I wore one on Monday and decided to wear the other shirt on a Wednesday as I wanted to wear it I found that I was torn and I took it to return it. When I got to the shop to do just that they didn't have the shirt in my size so I decided to give to take a similar shirt in a different size which I would give to my sister then as I was busy with the exchange the cashier who was assisting me by the name of Queen was saying the exchange will be impossible since it was a free item and I didnt understand her logic so I asked her to call her manager by the name of Dorah who said no if it is an exchange then it can be done whilst they were busy doing my exchange I was told I need to pay a certain balance which I didn't understand now because in such incidents their system needs to be able to overwrite such and still give it to me on the promotion at which I bought the item for. The manager Queen did not even try and call the head office to ask for assistance she was just rude and when I told her I will take this matter to the headoffice she said go ahead. Such is unacceptable and i will really appretiate if this issue is resolved for me.
