Refusal to e-mail statement
I moved to South Korea on 28 August 2015. I have been making diligent payment towards my account every month since then. I have requested an e-mailed statement on numerous occasions, as I OBVIOUSLY am not receiving the statement by post. Unfortunately no-one responds and I have no alternative but to make a complaint on a public forum. I need to keep track of payments. The telephone number I am providing is no longer is service and I can only be reached by e-mail: [Email Removed] I ask again, can someone please send me a statement.
