Refusal to cancel the order because they won’t deliver.

I pleace an order from Mr Price on the 20th of February this year, I called them a 10 times with regards to my order but they do not want to assist me, today I spoke to Jacky she was so rude and was shouting at me and did want to refund my order it has been weeks now and they keep duck and diving . Anyone who know where I can report these people so I can get my money back please assist me desperate and run out of all options .
