Refund still unpaid into my account

Sunday I returned items I purchased from Mr price, some cusions that did not go well with the theme of my living room. I had paid 900 for the items, and when I returned them I was told the money would be returned to my card 3 days later. To my surprise that has not happened and there is no way to reach mr price and going into the store is not helping because they keep saying my money will be refunded, it has been a whole week and there is nothing. This again is another sour experience from shops who do not respect people's pockets. How am I suppposed to meet my other financial obligations when they are not available to take calls and fail to return people's money??? Again I feel I am dealing with another mafia under the umbrella of a shop. This is not right!!!!
