Refund still to be done after 22 days !!!

Pathetic and useless !!!!!!!!! I had paid off my account in store and they still debited my account after me telling them that this has been settled i now am waiting 22days for a damn refund !!!!! they dont even answer their calls what a pathetic an useless company !!!MRP try using another provider to handle your credit owers !!!!!
