Refund still not settled after 3 weeks

<p>I made an online purchase, when payment was made the page timed out but payment went off my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made an online query (# ********** ) and Delisha Aroomoogan has been handling my queries. Refund was promised to be done in 7 days, but 21 days later still nothing. Final push was when I requested for when it will be made and to be told it was done, and given MY PURCHASE reference as REFUND reference. She blatantly **** to me as that reference even had my date of purchase (27 Oct 2016), but she had said refund was done on the 15th of Nov.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I please be refunded back so I can go back to my shopping!!!!</p>
