Refund still not paid after 4 months

I placed an order on the Mrprice app, payment went through on the 7th November 2020. They are however stating that the payment can't be located. I have sent proof of payment numerous times, followed by numerous follow ups and yet still no refund. I have requested their escalations process and this has also yet to be provided. Really bad service! Pls refund my money.
