Refund *******
<p>Can you please tell me why when you purchase clothes online and want to return them at the store, the store wants to give you a refund but less than the amount that you paid?. I just looked online and the items I purchased is still the same price I paid for it a few days ago. The store insist they cant give me a refund for the price I paid even tho I have the slip!!!!!! This is also not the first time something like this happens!!!!!!</p>

I posted this on the 21st March and I only get a response the 8th April.
The same like the person emailing me with regard to my complaint, sends a email I respond and then she responds a few days later.
They have instructed me to do the exchange and I will receive a voucher for the difference, which adds up to R50 odd rand so in order to use the voucher I would need to add money to purchase an item so who wins here me or you???
Either way you ripping me off by giving me a refund less the amount I paid and giving me a voucher of the difference and to buy a item I would most likey need to add money to that amount.
I still dont see why I cant get the full refund as Ive bought items online a few times and whenever you do an exchange at the store its always less on their system.
