Refund not received

I tried to purchase merchandise from MRP online. I paid via my cellphone and after 14 days I read the update that my payment was not received and order cancelled. Already irritated because I really wanted those items I decided to query where my refund us. I was told to again send proof if payment to regain naicker which u did, he told me that I would receive my cash back within 7-10days. I received an email to say that I got a voucher worth my cash purchase to use at MRP on the 10th of Nov. I paid and did order on the 26th Oct. Please help me ASAP very irritated.
