Refund not processed

I have a parcel that was looted in Jabulani Mall, my order was cancelled. It's been more than two weeks now that I have been waiting for a refund. Everytime when I follow up. I am being advised that the matter is with finance, the payment is being processed. I need to know when am I getting my money back. I don't want to hear the story of 48hrs as I've been hearing it for the past two weeks.
