Refund no where to be found😒 😑 😞

I tried to buy some items from Mr Price online but my order was canceled but money was already taken from my account, I have emailed and called them regarding the matter and I was told to go to the bank and ask them to reverse a transaction which was never my fault in the 1st place till this day I have not received my money back.
