REFUND MY MONEY!

Totally disgusted in your services and lack of feedback. Money was debited from my account for an online purchase but I never received any confirmation of the order except for an error message on the app after the money was already deducted from my account! Seems like your app is not as user friendly or efficient as it ought to be!! Not to mention how impossible and exhausting it is to get through to your customer service helpline! Never ordering on your app ever again.
