Refund from purchase made in October 2025 never received after courier delivered to incorrect address

I made an online purchase in October 2025, it was delivered to the wrong address. I then requested a refund. I was told that the parcel would need to be collected from the incorrect address and then only will my refund be processed. I was continuously told I needed to wait for the courier and my refund cannot be processed. After more than 2 months of waiting for my refund, it was finally processed but by this time the card that the purchase was made on was no longer being used and I had a new card, so when the refund was done I never got it. I sent a letter from the bank saying that the card number changed and the bank statements to prove that the refund was not received, but customer service response was that I need to check with the bank. The bank did not receive the refund as my card was no longer in use and would've been rejected from their side but now customer service no longer responds to my emails and my refund is still sitting with MR PRICE after a purchase that was made in October 2025 that was delivered to the wrong address by their courier.
