Refund from Mr Price

i had an account with Mr Price, for a month it went into arrears. They handed me over to some ACS people, whom have been deducting my account since, in the last 2-3 months they have been taking out R550.00 from my cheque Standard Bank Account. i need a refund fro those months. I have been calling Mr Price customer service and ACS and CMS or whatever S, I cannot get through to anyone.
